A carefully curated combination of different-sized plates and relics from the Torn and Drip series were used to create a unique table setting for a lively dinner party at Lotto Studio in Berlin. When brought together, the two series complement each other, producing an experience that evokes both aesthetic pleasure and awe. The arrangement of these pieces complimented the evening’s menu, further captivating the senses and elevating the atmosphere of the gathering.

The mother moulds are made from beeswax blanks that are repeatedly dipped into hot wax until droplets form naturally on the underside.These droplets, “frozen” into place, now function as stands. Each wax model holds a distinct, fingerprint-like individuality, where the technique is visibly and tangibly embedded into its form.
Ephemera and the dew that settles on a blade of grass
Each Drip piece has a distinctive drip-shaped base that captures the transition from liquid to solid, combining fluidity with durability. Designed to elevate daily moments, these vessels bring a touch of sensory delight to dining.
Shallow ø27×2cm 0,3kg Deep ø22×5cm 0,3kg Small ø13×3cm 0,1kg Medium ø25×4cm 0,2kg Torn recalls fractured seashells scattered along the coast. Each wafer-thin bowl features torn, paper-like edges and subtle variations, creating a tactile elegance while adding an element of the unexpected.
Tooth, tear, torn, thorn, shore
Each piece, crafted with precision, begins as a thin sheet of white porcelain lightly dusted with pigment. Draped over a mould, the material naturally folds into graceful, organic shapes. Once fired, the bowls allow light to pass through, while the addition of transparent glaze highlights their intricate, delicate surfaces.
